The impact only you can make.

A woman standing on a glowing golden Earth, light radiating out from where she stands

Imagine doing work that lights you all the way UP. The kind you think about in the shower, scribble ideas for in the middle of the night, and somehow have more energy after doing than before. You get to use the things you're naturally brilliant at to change people's lives and regularly catch yourself thinking,
"I cannot believe I get paid for this."

What if you got to the point where calling it "work" feels almost ridiculous? Where Sunday night isn't spent mentally calculating whether you could fake your own death before Monday morning and Friday isn't greeted like you've just tunneled your way out of Shawshank with a spoon. Where Monday morning somehow involves a slow cup of coffee, zero desire to be anywhere else, and the realization that
you genuinely can't remember the last time you felt like you were working.

Yes, more of that please.

Maybe you're already doing it. You've found your soul's path, it nourishes you down to your bones, and you want to get even better at it. Or maybe you just know you're meant to help people and you're still figuring out exactly what that looks like.

Either way, you know you're here to make a difference in the way only you can.

Our teacher training programs are for you.

Somatic Foundations

A five-month immersive training for practitioners and aspiring practitioners ready to confidently facilitate
body-led transformation and become exceptional at the art of holding space.

Learn how to sit across from another human being without an agenda, a formula, or a script, and trust yourself to know what to do next. To notice the things most people miss. To follow the actual human body in front of you instead of trying to shove them through the same 16-step process that apparently works for everyone. To become so comfortable with discomfort that you can stay present with pain, welcome what others might rush to fix, and know how to look for the gift hiding inside the darkness. And become the kind of facilitator who can create the safety, depth, and space for something extraordinary to happen.
