Out of eight billion people, you got one job nobody else can do:be fully f*cking you.

You won the cosmic lottery and got a human life.

You're a conscious being in a meat suit, hurtling through an incomprehensibly enormous universe on a rock moving 67,000 miles an hour...

And you think you came all this way to settle?

FULL STOP.

You want the love. The freedom. The money. The health. The purpose. The friendships. The adventure. The really fucking good sex. The work you can't believe you get paid to do.

You don't want a single part of this one precious life to be meh…

You want the whole damn thing.

And somewhere inside you, you know you're built for it.

Maybe the reason you can't shake the feeling that there's more for you…
is because there is.

So… what is taking so long?

You're smart. You're self-aware. You've done a shitload of work on yourself.

It's not like you've been sitting cross-legged on a meditation pillow, incense billowing around you with your oracle cards in one hand and rose quartz in the other, waiting for the universe to DoorDash you your dream life because you've maintained a high enough vibration.

Right?

You've read the books. Gone to therapy. Journaled. Meditated. Manifested. Learned about your attachment style, your nervous system, your childhood, your patterns, your Human Design, your astrology chart and probably twelve other things that were definitely going to explain you to yourself.

And some of it worked. You've grown. A lot.

But then there's the shit that

just. will. not. budge.

Season 4 of the relationship pattern you swore was canceled — now starring a completely different grown-ass man who can find six hours for fantasy football but somehow can't locate 45 minutes to take you to dinner.

All. The. Things. you've healed seventeen times that apparently did not get the memo.

The body thing that has survived research so extensive you could defend a doctoral dissertation on it, enough supplements to stock a small pharmacy, and at least one deeply sincere negotiation where you begged it to PLEASE reveal whatever emotional wound or soul lesson you're supposed to heal so it can kindly vacate the premises, but alas… it apparently has squatter's rights.

The month you finally make more money… immediately followed by the car repair, vet bill and mystery expense the universe apparently had waiting in drafts.

The career with the salary, the benefits and everything you thought you wanted while your soul quietly Googles escape routes every Sunday night.

And that's what makes it soooo frustrating.

Because you know where you want to go. You can feel it. Sometimes so clearly you could swear it's already here.

The relationship. The freedom. The work. The way you want to feel in your body. The version of yourself you know you're capable of being.

Your desires aren't vague. You can practically taste them.

And yet, there's still this invisible space between knowing what you want and actually living it.

So after all the books and therapy and healing and growth and self-awareness, you find yourself asking the same maddening question:

What. Am. I. Missing?!

What if the thing
standing in your way
is actually showing
you the way?

We've been taught to have a completely ass backwards relationship with discomfort.

  • If it hurts, make it stop.
  • If it scares you, avoid it.
  • If it triggers you, fix it.
  • If your body does something you don't like, figure out how to make it go away.
  • If the same pattern shows up again, for the love of God, heal harder.

We look at the painful, uncomfortable, ugly, shitty AF parts of being human and assume they mean something has gone wrong.

So we spend a whole lot of time trying to go over it, under it, around it…basically every conceivable route that specifically avoids going through it.

But what if, instead of trying to get past them, we learned how to turn toward them?

Because the thing you desperately want to get rid of contains the exact information you've been looking for.

  • The pattern.
  • The pain.
  • The trigger.
  • The relationship.
  • The thing your body keeps doing.
  • The desire you can't shake.
  • The obstacle you cannot seem to get around.

What if it's actually not blocking the path?

What if it's
the f*cking map?

Your life is communicating. All the time.

The problem is, nobody ever taught you how to speak the language.

Nobody taught you how to stay with the uncomfortable thing long enough to hear what it has to say. How to let it be there without immediately trying to fix it, change it, explain it away or make it stop.

How to mine it for the gold that's buried there.

When you can do that, the question changes.

You stop asking:

“How do I make
this go away?”

And start asking:

“What is this
trying to show me?”

And that question changes your entire life.

You know exactly what you want.

The relationship where he plans the surprise trip, handles every detail, and looks at you across dinner like he still can't believe he gets to be the one sitting there with you. You feel adored, prioritized and safe enough to be every version of yourself… and the sex isn't twelve minutes of enthusiastic diddling before we move on to his orgasm. Your pleasure is the main event — he considers finding new ways to make you lose your mind one of life's great privileges.

The body where you catch yourself naked in the mirror and think, My God, she is sexy. Not because every wrinkle disappeared, your thighs stopped jiggling, or you finally achieved some mathematically perfect hip-to-waist ratio, but because you finally see your body for what it is: your fucking temple. You feed her like she's precious. Move her like she's powerful. Rest her like she has nothing to prove. Taking care of her isn't another thing on your to-do list. It's one of your favorite ways to love yourself.

The money that feels like overflow. The kind where the answer gets to be yes, without immediately opening your banking app to figure out what else has to become a no. Yes to the incredible mentor. The best practitioner. The highest-quality food. The spectacular trip with everyone you love. Yes to giving outrageously, investing boldly, and putting real fucking resources behind the change you want to make in the world.

A circle of women in white on the red rocks, laughing together

The work that has you reaching for your notebook at 3 a.m. because something came through in your dreams and you cannot wait to bring it to life. It pulls you out of bed every morning because you know, down to your bones, this is what you're here to do. You get to use the things you're naturally brilliant at to make a real difference in people's lives and regularly catch yourself thinking, I cannot believe I get paid for this.

Your friendships feel like soulmates without the sex. Six-hour dinners, crying-laughing voice notes, spontaneous plane tickets and people who celebrate the absolute shit out of you when you win and show up at your door when everything falls apart.

And sometimes it's not fireworks at all.

It's a random Tuesday morning. Coffee in your favorite mug. Sunlight coming through the window. Someone you love nearby. And this quiet, almost unbelievable realization:

Holy shit.
This is my life.

I f*cking love it here.

All that makes you drool.

What will help you get there?

Jenna smiling in golden-hour light

Hi, I'm Jenna.

I've spent the better part of 20 years learning how to find the gold in the places most of us have been taught to run from. Addiction. Abusive relationships. Devastating loss. Family falling apart. Starting over more times than I can count. Nobody handed me the manual for how to move through any of it. Turns out, I was here to write the thing.

My life became the curriculum. I studied the body, breath, energy, spirituality and human behavior. I trained my intuition to become scientifically precise with the best in the world. And I stripped every obstacle and absolute disaster down to find the roadmap buried inside it. I learned how to stay with the hard thing long enough to find the gold, understand what it came to teach me, and use it to move forward. And I did it over and over until I developed a process that changed my relationship with every hard thing that had ever happened to me. Today, there isn't a single chapter of my life I would go back and change.

It took me 20 years, a whole lot of training and more than a few absolute disasters to turn what I learned into a blueprint. Now it's my privilege to hand it to you — so instead of spending the next 20 years looking outside yourself for the answers, you can learn how to navigate your life according to your own design and build the whole thing from the inside out.

I know this work works.

But don't take my word for it…
